Common questions

Is public preview free?

Yes. Evaluation Preview is fully free during the public preview period. No credit card required. Paid tiers unlock production use, higher limits, deployment options, and support.

Can we run it inside our environment?

Yes. CLAIIM deploys entirely inside your own infrastructure via Docker Compose. No agent data, gate decisions, or Chron records leave your environment. Nothing is sent to Nivaya or any third party.

Is this GA?

Not yet. The gate, Chron, organizational boundaries, Skills, Policies, and two-person control are complete and test-covered. Enterprise hardening -- HA, federated identity, air-gap bundles -- is in progress toward a GA release. Preview scope is documented honestly on the Preview page.

Do you see our agent data?

No. CLAIIM is self-hosted. Chron records, agent identities, gate decisions, and policy definitions stay inside your deployment. Nivaya has no access to any of it.

What happens when CLAIIM is unavailable?

The gate is fail-closed. If the gate cannot be reached, agents cannot act. This is by design -- an unavailable control plane is safer than an uncontrolled one. HA deployment to remove single-node risk ships in Professional.
