The evaluation preview is self-hosted. Your deployment stores governance records in your database; access depends on the permissions and support arrangements you configure. Hosted SaaS and customer-held encryption keys are future work.
Common questions
Is public preview free?
Yes. Evaluation Preview is free for evaluation use. Issued license files define licensed entitlements. Professional and Sovereign scope and pricing are agreed individually; a license does not certify production readiness.
Can we run it inside our environment?
Yes. The preview runs in your infrastructure with your database. You control network configuration, integrations, exports, and any support access.
Is this ready for production?
Not yet. The preview supports evaluation of policy decisions, approvals, and audit records. Production hardening, tenant isolation acceptance, and enterprise deployment capabilities remain in progress. See Product status in the docs for scope.
Do you see our agent data?
In the self-hosted preview, records are stored in your deployment. Operator and support access depend on your configuration. Customer-held encryption keys are planned; we do not claim that hosted customer data is inaccessible to the operator.
What happens if CLAIIM is unavailable?
The controlled gateway cannot execute an action without a valid capability. Gate-only integrations must handle unavailable decisions by failing closed. Agents with separate credentials or execution routes can bypass that integration. High availability is under development.
