Common questions

Is public preview free?

Yes. Evaluation Preview is fully free during the public preview period. No credit card required. Paid tiers unlock production use, higher limits, deployment options, and support.

Can we run it inside our environment?

Yes. CLAIIM deploys entirely inside your own infrastructure. No agent data, decisions, or audit records leave your environment. Nothing is sent to Nivaya or any third party.

Is this ready for production?

Not yet. The governance layer is complete and tested. Enterprise hardening -- high availability, federated identity, air-gapped deployment -- is in progress toward a general release. Preview scope is documented honestly on the Preview page.

Do you see our agent data?

No. CLAIIM is self-hosted. Audit records, agent identities, decisions, and policy definitions stay inside your deployment. Nivaya has no access to any of it.

What happens if CLAIIM is unavailable?

If CLAIIM cannot be reached, agents cannot act. This is intentional -- an unavailable governance layer is safer than an uncontrolled one. High availability for production deployments ships in the Professional tier.
